Very nice hotel, great food, great location .

Great resort and good staff, the location and viewe is perfect, the place deserves three or four days to staying. I would like to thank the wonderful staff Athina who made our stay better when she learned that our early departure brought breakfast at night. She is a commendable employee.

We stayed here in June. The large family suite with bunk beds was very comfortable and the staff was very diligent about replacing towels which was really appreciated. The room was supposed to be seafront but in reality we were looking at trees blocking the view. The beach is great IF not windy. We had a few days where the wind meant no swimming at the beach was allowed. No big deal but something to be aware of. Mezze and Mouries restaurant had great food. The breakfast options are also great....

It's just great resort. The location is great. The facilities are wonderful. We were a couple on vacation and first when I've seeing the kid guests I thought it would be noisy. But The resort is very well planned - it felt like not crowded at all. There were plools for kids and just great SPA for adults. It has 4 or 5 restaurants on the territory of the resort - so you don't need (or actually you don't want) to go anywhere else. There's a direct access to the sea with good sand beach....

Excellent staff and complex.

We stayed at Istron Collection Villas in September 2026, and our experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Highly recommended hotel with an amazing friendly staff from reception to room service. Our chamber maid Voula was exceptionally attentive and most accommodating. We enjoyed our stay to the maximum in a relaxing happy atmosphere. The entertainment in the evening was also exceptional with the 3 young tenors whom I fail to remember their names but they were majestic. Nothing bad to say about this resort. Upon arrival, we were upgraded from a Ocean View Suite to the Ocean View Suite with Private Swimming Pool at no additional charge. The Greek hospitality was immediately recognizable. They gave us a free massage, bottle of wine and water, fruit basket and another free bottle of wine coupon to be used with dinner at the resort. This is a luxurious, beautiful hotel set in one of the most beautiful surroundings possible. Flowers, gardens, art, good food, amazing access to the sea. A very special place. We were upgraded to a villa with private pool and this was phenomenal. The villa was large and very well designed. Our only complaint was that the shower was very small. There was a separate bathtub in the room with a gorgeous view that made up for it, however.

I booked a 3 night package at the Daios Cove for my girl friend and myself. I planned to propose my GF there and the staff was very helpful in assisting my setting up the venue and providing the proper atmosphere to make this holiday special for my girlfriend and myself. The place itself is amazing, clean, quite and relaxing which is all you need on a holiday and the staff is extremely helpful in all you need.

The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Every question we had, were address on the very confident and knowledge level. People who work there (and also across the island) speak at least several languages because of the multi cultured tourists and visitors they have to deal with. Great apartment and location. Very close to the beach and plenty of restaurants. 10 min. walking to the bus stop to go to Heraklion or airport. Recommend to stay.

Great location and within walking distance of attractions, shopping, food, buses. Staff extremely attentive in the lobby and restaurant area. Breakfast fantastic selection and variety every day of stay. Room and balcony overlooking the marina etc. wonderful.Would stay there again.

Stella Paradise is a great place to stay to save a bit of money in Hersonissos. Because there is a refrigerator and stovetop, you can store chilled drinks and prepare some of your own meals to save money. The location of the hotel is convenient as it provides closer access to some of the nice beaches northwest of town. I should like very much like to visit again. Stairs, no lift, but I managed. breakfast was the usual modern boring buffet, with weak coffee, but satisfying. Dinner, on the other hand, was fantastic, with plenty of choices. Wish I had booked for more than two days.....hope to be back some time.
