"This hotel doesn't deserve the bad reviews. It's not the Ritz, but it was 1/2 the price of the hotel next door. They are in the process of fixing up the property. When we checked out there was a guy painting the exterior."

"This is a great "off the road" hotel to stay at if your travelling with dogs. Despite it being off the highway, it's quiet. Breakfast is provided. Easy access on and off the highway. Staff are friendly. Beds are comfortable. Water is hot"

"Amazing lake that's extremely quite, I think we were the only people on the water. Bunkie is great but spent most of the time outside.No stove so make sure to plan meals around that, had pizza on the BBQ and it tasted great."
