Very nice room, very clean, very comfortable. Kasa team is available to help 24/7. Would definitely recommend. I do think the security deposit should be more clearly indicated when you are looking at the price; most hotels do not ask for a deposit. Also, the facial recognition part of reserving a room is pretty creepy and seems unnecessary. At that point you already have my deposit, my debit card info, and a photo of my driver's license. I get that you are going for security, but it felt a...
