"Internet great basketball court with clean pool breakfast my husband wished there would have been the waffles everyday pull out couch clean and comfortable loved that it's had a kitchen booked this due to our son's surgery very close to the groove hospital / surgery center walking distance to tx road house and pedros Mexican food Walmart many stores and the mall all right there perfect spot in our opinion we will use them again "

"I LIKED HOW THE HOTEL STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY...JACK WAS AMAZING AND I WOULD LIKE TO COME AGAIN, HOWEVER, I DID NOT LIKE THE FACT THAT I HAD TO TAKE MY CLOTHES SOMEWHERE ELSE TO WASH AS THERE WAS NO WASHER AND DRYER. I WISH THAT WE COULD AT LEAST HAVE A PLACE TO WASH CLOTHES. GOING DOWNNSTAIRS TO USE A MICROWAVE WAS ANOTHER INCONVIENENCE . BUT I UNDERSTAND THE POSSIBLE REASONING BEHIND IT (FIRE HAZZARD). I WAS PLEASED AT THE SELECTION OF FOOD FOR BREAKFAST. I LOVED THE FRUIT THAT WAS AVAILABLE AND THE FACT THAT THERE WAS A VARIETY TO CHOOSE FROM, THANK YOU FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND I REALLY HOPE THAT NEXT YEAR, IF I COME THAT THERE WILL BE A PLACE TO DO LAUNDRY... "Everything was magn̈ificent, the food was very nice. The room was spotless ànd my wheelchair ramp was left on the plane. He never complained about helping me. They called 911 to help me into bed. Boy those Louisiana guys are gorgeous. Lol"

"The first room that I was in, the toilet didn’t flush properly the room wasn’t up to par, shower had hair in it etc and the curtains had something on them, I wasn’t sure if it was blood or what but I changed rooms only to end up in a room with a HORRENDOUS smell that made me wake up with a headache and that toilet also didn’t work properly in the “new room” so it is a plumbing issue inside the entire building. The hotel was so disgusting I didn’t eat or drink anything inside the room nor did I bring any food inside the hotel only to wake up and see ROACHES on the counter near the sink. Absolutely disgusting. I asked the Manager Prince for an accommodation for the condition of the rooms only for him to write my number down so that he could “speak to his boss” and I haven’t heard a word from anyone about it. Absolutely disgusting I would never book here again and I would advise other people to do the same. I’m positive the smell and the headache I was experiencing was due to mold and roaches inside of the hotel room. UNACCEPTABLE!"

"Ac did not keep the room clean, toilet was backed up. I was talked to like trash when I asked about it. Received no help after complaining. Was told I couldn’t speak with a manager and asked “what do you want me to do” I paid almost $600 for this room and it was the worst place I have stayed in a very long time between attitude. Lack of cleanliness, no extra bedding for the pull out and wasn’t given any when asked. Just overall a terrible weekend. The guy that checked me on Friday night was great. That’s as far as I can say was good about our stay. Will not be back. "
