"Good place to stay with family. Beeakfast needs to be improved. There were not many options and once an item got over it was never re-filled even after repeated requets. But overall a nice stay."

"We stayed here prior to going on a cruise, btw only 2 minute's from the port. Excellent hotel,rooms super clean staff is friendly and a nice breakfast the next day. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to staying for a cruise or just a visit."

"I hate to leave reviews like this especially since the people were so nice, but this place was a complete disaster. The place appears quite sketchy at first glance. The rooms were dirty and had a very unpleasant smell to them. Our sheets even had a cigarette hole burned into them! The shower had a mat that covered up a hole in the floor and the bathroom was filthy. The walls were crazy thin and you could hear everything. The road noise kept us up all night along with the many conversations and noises that we heard. We stayed here to save a buck before our cruise but there was nothing pleasant about our stay and was the worst hotel stay my wife and I have ever experienced. The workers were very nice and tried their best to fix things but you couldn't pay me to stay here again or recommend this place to anyone I care about. We will go back to staying in Texas City before our cruises. "
