"It is a lovely flat overall, we liked the space in the bathroom, the dining area and the patio. Bedding needs improvement as 2 have to share one blanket on each bed and the blankets /sheets are made for summer, not for spring, fall or winter when it is chilly outside. As soon as somebody lives in the flat upstairs, it is disturbing as one can hear everything below even if people are not loud when speaking. "I am not one who typically writes reviews but I really couldn't have asked for a better home to spend a few nights in Piemonte. The house was big enough to have intimacy amongst friends and couples staying with us, warm enough to bring us all together to raise a glass, knife, and fork. The house felt like a home and we only wish it wasn't November and we could have spent more time relaxing by the pool. Can't wait to come back. Miss it already."

"Das Haus liegt wunderschön in den Bergen Pontinvreas im Naturschutzgebiet. Wenn man zum Wandern oder Mountainbiken hier Urlaub machen möchte, liegt es wirklich toll. "Wir haben die Zeit in Andreas Haus genossen. Das Haus hat in jedem Raum Air Condition, die Zimmer sind gross. Auch die Küche ist so gross, dass eine 5 köpfige Familie bequem essen kann. "Benigno and Ambra are a lovely couple and wonderful hosts, who were fully contactable and very helpful. "What an amazing experience we had staying in this beautiful villa !! The photographs do not do it justice as it is absolutely breathtaking. Jessica our host was very helpful with restaurant suggestions and places to visit and also with our check in which was effortless. "Really everything was beautiful. We can recommend this house like it is. There are no additional wishes that could be provided. Every day we could walk to the beach. It is a few steps but we loved to walk a bit and have some movement. Every evening we enjoyed the sun set on the balkony and see the moon rising over the sea. At the beach there are several nice places and the weather feels less hot than the thermometer shows. Go there, you would never regret."

"Room was not as described online, 2 single beds instead of a double (states online that the room sleeps 3, but nowhere for a 3rd person to sleep - lucky there was only 2 of us), smell of stale smoke as soon as you enter the room, no toilet roll provided, no towels provided, unclean room and balcony and incredibly run down, states online that parking is 5 euro per night and they expect 10 euro per night when you arrive. We are not fussy people and often sleep in hostels but this is not a 3 star ‘hotel’ - it should be a 1 star! "
