Problème de Check in, climatisation dans la chambre qui ne fonctionnait pas, problème de clés plusieurs fois par jour, petit déjeuner sans aucun service et pas digne d’un 4 étoiles et un personnel complètement dépassé, voir désabusé. "The staff was very nice and friendly. Check-in was not a minute before 1600! lol. They only clean once a week, otherwise you have to pay for it - 10€. Rooms are small but nice. A/C doesn’t reach the bed, but is cold at the little table that it aims right at. I would stay here again for short periods. Breakfast is 18€, which seems high compared to pricier hotels in the area at 10€. I chose to eat out in town. Very conveniently located and walkable to everything good. Bar/restaurant directly across the street. Two grocery stores within the block."
