Our room was perfectly quiet, even with the busy restaurant below us. Breakfast was wonderful, and the dinner we had in the restaurant was excellent, too. Highly recommend this place!"

"The property is absolutely beautiful. It is very peaceful and quiet. Love the greenery around the house and the breakfast on the deck was amazing. Our room was clean and spacious. The host is very very nice and helps with what to see in the area and where to eat. All his recommendations were excellent. I would go back and stay there again. My husband and I highly recommend this place for ambiance, cleanliness, friendly host, delicious fresh breakfast every morning."

"This property described as a deluxe suite was not deluxe It had a double bed with a shared bathroom, an air conditioning unit that had to be plugged in and made so much noise we couldn’t use it This place was so overpriced that I would not recommend it Host was very friendly and helpful but completely oversold the property "

"My extended family and friends had a just wonderful month with Ed and Julie. Ed and Julie are superb hosts and The Blue Heron house is very welcoming with comfortable space for the whole family. We had so much fun with the boats and swimming in the St Lawrence and so much enjoyed this Frontenac Arch region. We took many exploring day trips to surrounding towns and the Rideau Canal. I can not recommend this home and hosts enough."

"Nice Quaint little cottage A little off the beaten path Try not to break your bones going upstairs to the 2nd level loft (stair runners are quite small and steep). Would have been really nice to have a barbecue on the premises. Had a few strangers walking around late at night, I assume from the retirement home next door. Otherwise, it was super clean cozy and quiet."
