"Room was comfortable and clean. Bar/restaurant at the hotel was great. Staff during was disappointing, not welcoming smile, didn’t explained breakfast or amenities. Comparing with our experience in Dublin and Galway with other hotels was not good. The checkout staff was better, too bad that we were leaving already but Franya (I think that was her name) was really nice and helpful at the end. "

"The hotel is very well located, allowing you to walk to all the main sights. Overall, the staff was friendly to us, except for the person at the reception on Saturday morning, who was a bit rude.
