Here you will experience a vacation with high quality. Especially the fantastic terrace on the second floor with sea view will convince you. Here you can relax on the comfortable furniture, enjoy the sun and the view. Also on the first floor you will find a terrace with gas grill for pleasant barbecue evenings. Make yourself comfortable inside on cooler days or in the evening. The rooms are stylishly furnished, so you will quickly feel at home.

Here you will stay in a perfect location near the sea and in beautiful Limhamn. Nearby there are many activities such as golf, skate park, hiking areas, disc golf, tennis and beautiful baths. In Malmö there are many interesting restaurants and shopping. Great location for day trips to beautiful Skåne. Copenhagen is not far away and should definitely be visited as the city has much to offer. Köpehamns airport is only 30 minutes by car from our house.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2024; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of SEK 300.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to two pets are allowed.

Unzumutbare Unterkunft
Das Ferienhaus ist eine Zumutung! Es wird vom Eigentümer selbst bewohnt und in dessen Abwesenheit vermietet. Das wäre nicht problematisch, würde es so in der Beschreibung angegeben werden. (Wird es leider nicht.) Das Haus machte in allen Räumen den Eindruck, als wäre gerade noch jemand da gewesen. Unaufgeräumt, alle Schränke vollgestopft mit Klamotten, Betten nicht gemacht und nicht erkennbar, ob es frische oder gebrauchte Bettwäsche ist. Gleiches gilt für die Bäder. Mehrere Handtücher ungeordnet und wahllos über Badewanne oder Duschstange gehängt. Die Spülmaschine in der Küche war nicht ausgeräumt, Schränke inkl. Geschirr und Besteck waren klebrig. Der Boden in allen Räumen war dreckig, Schränke und Esstisch schmierig, überall eine dicke Staubschicht. Die Dusche ebenfalls der absolute Horror mit schimmeligen Fugen. Das ganze Haus absolut unzumutbar! Den Vermieter könnten wir nicht erreichen. Wir haben uns ein anderes Ferienhaus gesucht, um wenigstens ein paar erholsame Tage im schönen Schweden zu haben.
