Lovely old building with loads of history. The staff were lovely and helpful. The rooms are a little tired but partly limited by the age of the property. Breakfast buffet was very good with loads of choice. Great convenient location for the station and city centre.

This is a beautiful hotel. It is very central, the staff are lovely. The room was very quiet. The breakfast was also extremely good. I would certainly stay here again.

SO SO glad I found this hotel. It is a GEM!! It is the oldest hotel in town with the basement being built in the 1300s. Breakfast is in the basement with amazing architecture. The breakfast is out of this world!!! The best in Malmo. The front office staff was exceptional and very helpful. LOVED the courtyard. We are definitely coming back!!

Hotel has rich history and has been maintained well despite its age. It’s perfectly located in the center of the old town minutes walking distance to the city hall. Front desk staff (Ann) was very cordial and friendly and hotels breakfast excellent. Overall we had a nice experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

It was a great stay! Five minute walk from the train station and within walking distance to all of the center city sights. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was amazing. Would definitely recommend the stay to anyone traveling to Malmo.

Wonderful hotel from 1307 with great old world charm. The cellar breakfast room is fabulous along with great breakfast food including Gluten Free. Stay very friendly and helpful. Library room is great.

This place is for you if you love the charms of antiquity. From the Roman ceilings and colums to the furnitures reflect the glorious past of hundreds of years ago. We had a suite with beautiful antique desk and chairs and they are comfortable! Breakfast is bountiful of choices, served in the place that bring you back to decades! What we love the most is the library full of old books ( in Swedish), where coffee and tea are available 24/7. The hotel is located in the center so just few steps get you to the train station, the vibrant market and shops.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location. Easy walking distance to central station and town. Its in a quiet road but with reasonable restaurants around and a great bar opposite . There is beautiful old library lounge on the ground floor where free coffee and tea is available. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. Our room was on top floor so had a sloping ceiling which made the small room feel even smaĺler.

Everything was excellent. The man at the front desk was especially warm and welcoming. Breakfast was fantastic, comfortable bed (loved that you could adjust them!), lovely library, interesting art and history. Wonderful all around. Perfect location between Malmö Central and Stortorget/Lilla Torg area. Don’t hesitate to stay here.

There was parking in a secured garage only about 50 meters from the entrance of the hotel. Rooms were nice. Ask for room 419… also, it’s not much from the outside but go to Shure for dinner. Awesome! Our check in at the hotel was great. Nicole greeted us so wonderfully.

Appreciated location for train & walking to historic sites, mini frig & kettle, comfortable bed, helpful staff, small room fine for 1 for brief stay, good breakfast, BBC channel. Room needs a deep cleaning, get rid of unwashed decorative pillows on top of clean pillows, had to remove all the items they're selling to use mini frig, only hand held shower attachment worked, phone should've been replaced when it didn't ring, sink too small to wash things, closet & bathroom area had a sewer gas smell, no decaffeinated coffees & teas offered, flight of stairs to reception could be difficult with heavy luggage or mobility challenges.

A venerable hotel steeped in history and in a great downtown Malmö location. About 3 minutes from the Central train station. Outstanding breakfast is included and is served in a room dating back to the 12th or 13th century. The courtyard suites were great. Some upstairs rooms less convenient.

Historical building with lots paintings, art, and stories displayed throughout. Located about 10 minutes walk from the Malmo train station on a quiet cobblestone street. The restaurant on site was very nice, but the menu is limited so it may not appeal to everyone. We enjoyed our a la carte supper. Breakfast was excellent and very similar to what is offered at Scandic or Radisson Blu hotels in Sweden. We had a very large family room with lots of space and comfortable furniture. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Malmo who wants a unique hotel experience.
