Både boendet och frukosten var superbra! Blev dock besviken över att man inte hade brutt sig om vårt önskemål om rum högt upp trots att vi hörde av oss långt innan vistelsen med önskemålet. Rumsuppgradering gick inte och det får man respektera eftersom det inte fanns några rum. Vi fick inte heller info om 20% rabatt på mat och dryck. Trots detta var det en mycket positiv upplevelse i stort av hotellet!

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet ( mit Bügeleisen und Fön). Leider war etwas oberflächlich geputzt. Auf dem Schreibtisch klebten noch Joghurtreste vom Vorgänger. Gesaugt wurden offenbar nur die Flächen, keine Ecken. Trotzdem haben wir uns wohlgefühlt. Es gab genug Handtücher und der Raum war sehr geräuschgedämmt. Leider konnte man die Fenster zum Lüften nicht öffnen. Das Frühstücksbüffet war grandios, so etwas habe ich noch in keinem Hotel erlebt. Unglaublich reichhaltig, um wirklich jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Dazu immer frisch und alles wurde ständig aufgefüllt. Das Personalmangel war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Vi bad om städning kvällen innan, när det inte var städat kl 14 ringde vi receptionen. När vi sen kom hem på kvällen var det inte städat. Jättedåligt! Det hängde dessutom långa spindelnät i taket ovanför huvudkudden. Det var också klibbiga fläckar på bordsytorna. Vi är väldigt besvikna.
