"The staff here is wonderful, they were more than helpful. My plan arrived at 6am and checkin wasnt till 2pm and they went above and beyond to get me a room asap and they upgraded me to a suite for the wait. The food is ok but they will get you a taxi to bring you anywhere you desire."

"It is a bit noisy in the master room as it is close to the main road. But overall experience is excellent. The room size is much bigger than hotel room. Tevita helped us a lot during our stay. He is so friendly and helpful."

"Amazing experience from excellent check in with Ana and staff to crisp and clean rooms! Ana went above and beyond for my group of 8 ranging from 2 Seniors, myself and my 5 daughters 4-13. Ana is so inviting and her kind of great customer service as well as the Breakfast crew will keep us coming back again. "The staff was the best part of my visit. Casa helped me during a panic situation and saw to it that I was alright. She checked me in early to the last room she had available after I had been traveling for 3 days. She showed me where the breakfast was and helped me with my travel bag and nap sack to my room so I could sleep. I've never had kinder service in my life. I will always stay there when I'm in Fiji!
