Air-conditioned detached villa with secure/heated swimming pool and large garden

"This was our first time staying at this property, although we have visited the south of France many times and stayed in similar types of accommodation, so we can take an experienced view of our visit.This is an excellent property. It is well laid out, very private and everything works well. The swimming pool was larger and deeper than the website pictures suggest, and that was especially welcome during 2 weeks when the weather didn't fall below 30c (and reached as high as 38c). For this reason also, the very effective air conditioning was a real necessity, and made our stay and sleep very comfortable. We visited as a couple so only used one bedroom, that had a lovely en suite bathroom. We could easily see a larger group or extended family staying here and enjoying their visit very much.There are many supermarkets within a 5-10 minute drive, but we especially enjoyed going a little further to St. Raphael on the coast. From there we took a train for day trip to Cannes, and that train line gives direct access to all the other locations along the coast (Nice, Antibes, Monaco, Marseille, etc.). We found that a lot easier than trying to drive to and park in these locations, the train is much faster and it's easy then to jump into the car for a short journey home.Cedrick was exceptional in his friendliness, his warm welcome and the quality of his communication. We look forward to returning in the future."

"We are a family of four from Sweden and spent a week in the house. It is a magnificent house with a very good location with walking distance to the baker, small grocery store and some local restaurants. Extra plus for the pool. The host is very reliable and helpful. We can warmly recommend this house."
