    - 2 Bedrooms and 1 Bathroom.
    - Perfect for 1-4 People.
    - Excellent Wifi.
    - Large, covered deck, to enjoy the amazing Ocean view.
    - Quiet and private.
    - Perfect home base for strolling, enjoying the beach, golfing and just plain relaxing.
    - The closest cottage (short walk) to the famous Cabot Beach Provincial Park, with on duty lifeguards and amenities that come with a provincial park/beach, there is no charge to access the provincial park and beach area.
    - New to market, priced lower for first year.
    - For July & August, the cottage rents weekly Sunday - Sunday. For other months we may be able to accommodate shorter stays. Please contact / message us first before booking to ensure the dates you want!
    - For all confirmed bookings, we provide a detailed document regarding the cottage, the area and PEI. In this document we detail restaurants, areas of interest, activities near by and more. All intended to assist you with your vacation planning.
