"Excellent property and excellent customer service"

"We were there for four nights. On the second day our towels were changed, and the trash was removed but the bed was not made. On the third day we decided not to have the room cleaned. On the fourth day, the staff did not show up even though I had called the desk. They finally showed up with a change of towels upon my request. Also, the breakfast room is in dire need of a second waffle machine, as there is a lineup every morning for the single one that is available."

However, our experience when we stayed there in July, 2026 was much different, When we first booked the reservation through Expedia, we were led to believe that there were only a few rooms left as the room availability indicated that they were sold out many of the rooms. "Well located, with several great restaurants just across the street, making it very convenient for meals. The staff was super friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We traveled with two kids, and the room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for all four of us. The hotel is older, but it is very well maintained and has everything you need for a pleasant stay.
