"You must expect a dated (but historical) property; but the service is exceptional. Huge menu choice. Some room aspects a little dated (& tired to be honest), but what humans usually like about anything is character. This place has character & worth visiting, even for only 1 or 2 nights. "This was a father/daughter run guesthouse and they were very accommodating. The rooms are good sized and very clean with everything needed for a good stay, including tea, coffee and bottled water. There is no elevator but they graciously helped bring our suitcases upstairs. The breakfast (included) was excellent. This was more like staying with friends at their house."
