"The room was spacious, warm and inviting, with comfortable bed and seating areas, and a balcony with spectacular views. The location was ideal for exploring the surrounding areas. The breakfast was wonderful with a wide selection. The associated restaurant has extraordinary dining. Your hosts are most welcoming and helpful with recommendations for the area. "We arrived a bit early and we’re not allowed to receive the Ticino Ticket until check in (barely an hour plus later), which would have saved us money we had to pay for Public Transport. To be fair, we were allowed to leave the bags in the office, so that at least helped. Not a bad walk to the train station; the bus station is across the street. AC system had to be restarted due to recent repair to a neighbor unit, but once it was up it worked like a charm!"
