Staff was friendly, helpful. Our bathroom door in our room did not shut due to the kitchen counter being BUILT in the way. Our shower curtain rod was angled DOWN so the shower curtain does not pull close, resulting in water on the floor. Fire alarm went off twice for 0 reason for an hour. Not a terrible hotel for the price but you get what you pay for.

The people working here were great. They were welcoming of my dog. There also wasn’t a lot of noise even though I know several people were staying on my floor.

Checked in was okay got to the room was no hot water in the tub the room was kind of falling apart ... There was hair in the bottom of the tubs and the sink had to have our room switched and there was hair in the bottom of the tub and sink in that room as well but it did have hot water all around stay away from this hotel they did not even offer any reimbursement from having to move from room to room... Overall rating very terrible would never stay there again would never recommend it

There was no grab and go breakfast like advertised and in order to cook you had to purchase all the utensils , there was hair in the tub. There was a bobby pin under the desk and they advertised queen size bed but it is a full size bed. I travel to philly once a year and will not stay there again. 2 nights before i left i woke up in the middle of the night from being bit by something

I'd stayed here before because of the location- trees everywhere around, a good-sized park area right across the road. Staff is very friendly, room was tidy. Good experience- will likely stay here again.

Reserved 3 double rooms for my family. First room was nice, 2nd room had dead roaches like they just sprayed and no one vacuumed, third room had a roach on the kitchen counter as soon as we walked in. They offeredus another room but it was only a single bed room and offered no compensation.

Why would a propery that is full of homeless people be on this site. I was appalled at the location and it reeked of smoke and it was full of homeless people and to make it worse someone was smoking and the alarm for the hotel went off at 2am.. absolutely worst hotel experience ever

The pictures online must be from when the hotel was new. It is old and run down. The site indicates there is a partial kitchen (refrig, stove top, microwave). 'Home away from Home'. The stove top looked unsafe. The microwave had black markings throughout the inside - I don't know if it is from scouring away the coating or what. Refrigerator was OK. Only kitchen implements provided were empty ice cube trays. You have to 'rent' pots, pans, dishes, etc. But I wouldn't bother because I don't think the appliances were safe to use. Only 'comforts' provided was a wash cloth, towel and bar of soap and 2 plastic cups. No coffee maker, not even an ice bucket. The only good thing I can say is that the room was 'OK' in cleanliness.

When you are away from home we all know that can be a a nuisance, but our stay here they have made us feel as if this a home away from home , thank you to all the staff for being so kind always greeting everyone with a 😊 smile ..even the pets we all know are also a part of the family thank u again for all your hospitality
