Great Place to Lay Your Head

Clean, right-priced place to stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. We were pleasantly surprised to see a microwave in the room. Also conveniently located near restaurants and even WalMart for those who might want to get water and snacks. Very close to freeway, so we were able to quickly get on the way to our next destination. :)

It was so packed in the parking lot and I was getting some things out of my car and a group of men are just standing around watching me closely, as a single woman it was very uncomfortable and scary. Why would a group of grown men just be hanging out in the parking lot?

Property definitely needs some updates. You can tell that many of the rooms used to be for smoking because despite whatever cleaner they use, you can still kinda smell it. It was very humid as well. I blame poor insulation of the building and the weather. Also wasn't happy that despite reserving a king bed, I got a room with two queens. Staff was really nice though, the only 5-star thing about my stay.

While the morning front desk personnel was very friendly, the evening personnel was just so so. The overall price and location of the hotel was good and central to a lot of things. I never felt unsafe at this location..but the rooms have much to be desired. The ceiling was peeling, the tiles in the bathtub area (which wasn’t working) were falling off the wall, not a huge deal just seemed like it need some much needed TLC. Again, for the price and location and only a one night stay, I can complain too much. Breakfast was…there. They had the very basics, for a complimentary breakfast, again, can’t complain, I only wish they might have had more fresh fruit options. In our limited interactions, the front desk staff was great though. For a quick pass through town, I would recommend, for extended stay… might wanna look elsewhere.
