"Nice family room with a double bed and 3 single beds, enough room for 5. A warm and personnalised welcome at our arrival with a complimentary bottle of wine and fruit in the room. The hotel feels homy, beautiful garden and fireplace are a nice bonus (too cold for the pool in july...). Staff was helpful and we got info and bookings for wine and mountain tours. "This is a great location for restaurants and nightlight bars, and the hotel is quiet, as it is behind all of the street action. It has a very good front desk attendant, and the rooms are cheaper if you pay for the next night at the office (20% less). That said, the hot water is only enough for one person as it is a small, in-room tank; it takes 20 min. to renew. The mattress was old, the towel thin, old and grayish. Check-out is at 10am."
