"I found the hotel clean and functional.
Breakfast was very time ltd.
Food wasn’t out even for the short time it was supposed to be. It was good food.
Not great beds as built up to one side so I had to climb over my husband to get out.
Staff very nice and helpful.
The hotel situation out of town but the taxi ‘bolt’ was very quick and cheap. £3.50 into kosice.

""24-hour front desk"" CLEARLY WRONG. YOU MUST HAVE A WORKING PHONE WITH YOU TO ACCESS THE RECEPTION.
""Multilingual staff"" CLEARLY WRONG. NO SPEAK ENGLISE.
Also it did absolutely not say "shared bathroom", which is the case. See, I travel the world without working phone, so it was really impossible for me to access any room. I ended up entering all rooms randomly, and eventually found one empty with the key inside, thanks god, so I gave it to myself. WHAT...
