The nearby sandy beach is so so beautiful and you will have it all to yourselves. Just a short walk from the house! I would also recommed the kitesurfing instructors at Coconut Bay Resort. They are truly dedicated and the conditions for kite surfing are ideal. Not to be missed. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful little cottage in Micoud. Nestled in the woods and just a short 5–10 minute walk to the beach, the location was peaceful, secluded, and truly stunning. It felt like a hidden gem — the perfect place to disconnect and recharge.The host was incredible — so kind, welcoming, and attentive. She provided clear instructions before arrival, checked in with us regularly, and made sure we had everything we needed. My wife has several chronic illnesses, and the host went above and beyond to make accommodations that would support her health and comfort. We were deeply touched by the care and thoughtfulness she showed throughout our stay.Unfortunately, we did have to cut our trip short for medical reasons and return home early. But our host was extremely understanding and caring to us about the situation and made it that much easier for us through it all. The heat and humidity during this time of year proved too intense for my wife’s condition. That said, this is no fault of the host — just something to keep in mind for travelers who are especially sensitive to warmer climates. A trip later in the year when it’s cooler might have been a better fit for us.All in all, this cottage is a dream — tranquil, beautiful, and hosted by someone who truly cares. We wish we could have stayed the entire time, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a serene getaway in nature."

"We had 4 nights here, mother daughter trip. Communication in the lead up to our stay was fantastic Ken and Diane answered all my questions. The property is a wonderful base close to airport shops and bars. We had 4 days exploring and the owners were very helpful in suggesting places to go. We loved having the dogs around too felt like a home from home, there is a gate if you’re not dog people!Obviously the view is stunning, comfortable beds and everything you need in the kitchen. We loved our stay couldn’t fault anything. Loved hiring a car and exploring the south of the island from here Thank you Ken and Diane "

"The house was beautiful. However, in this review, I’m going to give my honest feed back. Our flight was delayed by an hour. When contacting the property manager Albina, she suggested that we should go food shopping first before we got to the villa- which we did. But in between getting picked up & going food shopping, I got 10 phone calls asking where I was at, how long it will take me to get the property which I thought was insane. Also, on one phone call, Albina hung up on me which I thought was very unprofessional. She was very unwelcoming even in showing us around the house. She was on the property a lot and unannounced too. My room had no hot water, so I had to use an adjacent room for the shower. My friend’s bathroom door locked on her out of no where. Albina showed up unannounced to get laundry, we were on the balcony & was locked out because she pulled the latch on the door. We had to open the window, climb through and open the door because we couldn’t get in contact with Albina. I contacted Razia & her response was I’m in NYC, there’s nothing I can do from here. On the last day, as we were leaving, we didn’t get a how was your stay or anything in that manner but it felt like a hurry you can get out now and she said have a safe flight- not even a text or a thank you from Razia herself to see how things are going. I won’t be renting this property again. As a renter, you should feel welcomed and have some privacy. Clearly here, I didn’t feel that."
