"The good- Hostel is decently comfortable, amazing location, showers and laundry. Overall great stay. The bad- there's absolutely no staff to help you and it's almost impossible to get ahold of anyone. I booked one night and had to add another. I was hoping to just talk to staff and stay in the same room both nights. I couldn't find anyone, so we had to check out wait all day for our second room (which was late to be cleaned until 6pm). Little inconvenient when you have bags etc and want to...

"The room was dirty, the bed sheets seemed clean but I woke up the next day and my face was red like smth bit me when I have no allergies. There were no towels provided or anything else. The bathrooms and kitchen were really dirty. The only good thing was the staff that I talked on the phone with and the roomgirl that I met. I wouldn’t recommend it for a family or people that they want smth cheap and comfort."
