Welcome to Fireside 112, a comfortable, ground-floor one-bedroom condo just steps from The Village at Mammoth. Shops, restaurants, festivals, outdoor concerts, and the transit hub are all right outside your door — no parking hassles required.

This bright, comfortable space sleeps up to four with a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Unwind with the Samsung Frame TV (which doubles as artwork) in the living room and an additional smart TV in the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the spacious deck with a gas grill is perfect for warm-weather dining and stargazing. Brand-new hardwood floors and high-speed wireless internet complete the space.

Towels and linens are provided. Parking for one vehicle is included in the underground garage, with additional vehicles accommodated on a space-available basis.

The Fireside complex is small and quiet, and offers a wonderful indoor pool, sauna, and hot tub with views of the Sherwin Mountains — the ideal way to relax after a day of adventure. Please note: the Village gondola does not run during the summer season.

This is a non-smoking condo; smoking is permitted outside only.

Your dog is welcome with prior approval and a pet fee. Dogs are not allowed on the beds or furniture. Pet waste must be picked up, and excessive hair, stains, or odor will incur an additional cleaning charge. Note that dogs are generally not accepted during holiday periods.
