Walk to the Lifts!Courchevel #56 is a 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo unit with a one car garage and is located only 280 yards from the ski lifts at Canyon Lodge. Parking for a second vehicle is available outside with a permit. The unit sleeps up to six people. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, 55" flat screen TV, DVD, stereo tuner, microwave, and phone. Children WelcomeContactless Check-in and Check-outThere are no cleaning fees when all check-out procedures are followed. Kitchen left clean, trash collected, and unit left in a clean and orderly condition. There is an additional 110.00 plus tax sanitization and linen fee. We continue to follow all guidelines for cleaning. All linens including the blankets, comforters and pillow shams are changed between guests. We use a UV germicidal light system in the unit after checking out. Also utilizing an electrostatic sanitization fogger with CDC approved Covid-19 disinfectant. All cleaning agents are CDC Covid-19 approved The Courchevel complex has an outdoor pool and BBQ area in the summer and two indoor hot tubs with coed sauna open year-round. The communal coin operated laundry room is in the spa building. These amenities may be closed depending upon Mono County's Covid-19 standings. During these times of Covid-19 Traveling to and from Courchevel and the area we cannot be held liable if you contract the virus on your vacation. Cancelltions must be made 21 days prior to arrival to receive a refund less a cancellation fee. We will not refund for extreme weather, road clousures and smoke from wildfires. Travel insurance is highly recommended!If there is another Health emergency and Mono County closes us to nightly rentals less than 21 days prior to your arrival we will not refund due to a shut down. We suggest you purchase travel insurance that covers such a shut down. We will allow you to reschedule when the restrictions are lifted. Plenty big for our group of three, could easily do five. Great location, walk to Canyon. Hasn't been updated in forever but clean and everything works. We would definitely stay again.
Very basic and clean condo in a great location. Kitchen has good dishes and cooking things , but no spices or oil or salt. Wood burning fireplace was very pleasant . Having a garage was really nice
Yes, the photos look like a time capsule from the 60s... everything inside was old, carpet, shower, furniture...but its in good condition. The beds and pillows were clean and firm, and might have been new too....but it was better than most rentals i've stayed at. Every appliance worked, heater was good, theres a sizable garage so your car doesn't have to be covered with snow, garbage bin is a few feet from the unit and its a very spacious unit.....annnnd its half a block from Canyon lodge!! you cannot beat that for the price! The manager responds lighting fast and was very professional and polite. I would definitely stay here again.
The ONLY thing i wish was different... was the open loft attic in the master bedroom... it was a bit creepy. if they just boarded that up, it would be perfect. Anyways...aside from this... this is a gem!
Crazy close to Canyon Lodge! Hot tubs were good, bed and pillows on the firm side. Some fixtures & decor are dated, but everything was clean and worked. Would definitely stay there again.

Spacious property on multi levels - good size and well equipped kitchen and dinning area, comfortable lounge with balcony, and two good size upstairs bedrooms with bathrooms.Plenty of room to park outside, and having the garage was a great bonus for storing our bikes.As other reviews have said, the decor is dated - or perhaps 'authentic retro' is a more polite description - but it was clean, comfortable and quiet - perfect! Would certainly stay here again.Great comms from the property owner too.
Quiet, there was almost nobody in area , I’m sure that’s due to ski season being over. Furniture is little dated you sink into couch and we had issue master bed which was broken and you end up rolling into middle,but all in all I really enjoyed myself , we had a bear encounter there which was really cool I thought, so be careful when you go out at night other neighbors don’t lock trash bins and the bears are roaming
Location, location location! Perfect rental for being able to walk to the lifts in the morning, and modestly priced as well. Also, the description matched perfectly to what was inside. We were there during a time of heavy snows, and the property manager was very helpful in allowing us to keep our car in the garage after checkout time until the driveway could be plowed.

Would stay here again!
Great location with ample space for a family of four! A bit dated but very clean. King bed was very comfortable and the garage is great to keep snowboards and boots outside of the condo.

Great location and amenities!!
Great place! Place was decent, not exactly new but was as expected. Kitchen had everything you need to cook.
Walking distance to canyon lodge and Austria Hof.
Only one annoying thing was that the heater in the living room stopped working just the last night. So it was slightly cold for us folks sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room. Other than that, everything was great!

Perfect location
This condo was the perfect location, about as close as you can get to canyon lodge. Appliances and decor were pretty outdated, but it was clean and had everything we needed.
