There is also a battery back up that's hooked to the pellet stove in case of a power outage. There are extra outlets that you can plug into as well.


Upgrades: The kitchen and bathrooms have recently been renovated with new counter tops! Newer pellet stove in the unit!

Maximum 2 vehicles. One assigned underground parking space (7’ Clearance). Second space is first come first serve.
