This bright corner 2 bedroom plus loft, 3 bathroom townhouse in Mammoth Lakes California is just across the street from Snowcreek golf course, walking distance to town and right on the winter shuttle route. This well-appointed, warmly decorated townhouse with flooring throughout, Washer/Dryer and WiFi offers an excellent spacious floorplan, perfect for a group or family of 8. Adjacent to the community pool and spa and not far from the tennis courts, this condo enjoys partial views of the Sherwin Mountains. The living area features a large comfortable section (with sleeper sofa) so all of the family can cozy up around the wood burning fireplace. The open plan kitchen and dining area allows for great social evenings with dining for 6 and counter bar stools for additional seating for 3. Equipped with a 42" flatscreen TV with cable, DVD player for entertainment, a full bath and private deck on this level. The upstairs loft is a great spot for one family or the kiddos offering 2 twin beds and one queen bed, with flatscreen TV. The master downstairs features a King bed, TV and full en-suite bath. The second bedroom on the downstairs entry level features a Queen bed and en-suite full bath. The unit also offers a private washer/dryer in unit so you can keep up with the chores! The beautiful Snowflower complex offers a great outdoor pool (Summer only), spa, sauna, laundry facilities, BBQ grill area (Summer only) and tennis courts and is located next to Mammoth Creek and looks out to amazing views of the Sherwin Mountain Range. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club, which is located close by, to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Stay if you don’t mind sitting on old & broken chairs

My family stayed here for 3nights for thanksgiving and none of us could shower due to limited water availability. At first we thought the faucets in the bathrooms didn’t work then we realized that there was barely any water coming from the showers too :( The water was so little we could hardly wash our hands in the bathrooms so we all washed in the kitchen. Kept calling the management but no one answered so we assumed it was due to a long weekend. All the furniture is extremely outdated, a few of the chairs are falling apart, the pillows on the couches are old and smelled bad. Kitchen is poorly equipped for meal preparation. Laundry in unit was convenient, but thats about it. We visit Mammoth 3-4 times a year and always book a different condo to stay, if we cannot go back to our favorites, but we’ve never stayed in a place like this and will never go back to this unit. It needs a lot of remodeling and maintenance.

Comfortable & Above Expectations

Booked for the weekend of the wedding expo. Comfortable and cozy, with a lot of room. It was just 4 of us but there is plenty of space for twice as many people.

A Wonderful Mountain Retreat!

Loved this place! The living room is large and spacious while being warm and cozy. Kitchen well appointed, however the stove might need a screw to hold the back panel in place. Very nice to have multiple bathrooms on 2 levels. Beds and furniture all very comfortable. And parking in front is a huge benefit for schlepping our stuff in and out. Will definitely go back!

Nice place for 8 people

I came here for a snowboard trip with some friends and the house didn’t disappoint. It’s exactly as described, nearby a shuttle stop that takes you to the mountain and just steps away from the hot tub. You’ll enjoy staying here.

Cozy little condo.

Condo was nice and accommodated our stay nicely. Appliances were dated, and heaters barely work. They provide space heaters which helps, but common areas do stay pretty chilly. We had 3 families with kids staying here. The shower by the kitchen was extremely difficult to regulate temperature correctly, so we used downstairs shower only. I always wonder how hard it would be to provide a roku, or some other streaming device with the TV so kids can get easy access to stuff? We had to unplug the DVD player to get the cable box working. Overall we had a nice stay. The unit was clean and conveniently located. Next time we'll remember our amazon fire stick for the kids!

Cozy!

I review mostly to let you know - when we arrived, a framed picture on the stairwell to the second floor was hanging askew. As we attempted to set it straight, the hanging string broke under its own weight, and it fell. We put it in the closet. Many apologies. Otherwise, a great place to stay! Lots of room, and clean! Plenty of towels and paper goods. The condo is a bit dimly lit. The paper goods supplied by the management company are thin. We bought ourselves a new sponge, since the one in the kitchen sink was tired and smelly.
