Luxury chalet: private pool, close to the beach, W-Lan incl., quiet location, village within walking distance
Welcome to Paradise.
In 2016 we acquired this beautiful chalet in Cala Mendia.
It has a private pool with large garden (covered terrace with sun awning and lounge, 5 sun loungers, garden shower, gas and charcoal grill), which invites you to relax and linger.
The house is located in a quiet cul de sac right on a nature reserve, which offers a breathtaking view from the covered balcony.
The two beautiful bays of the village (Cala Mendia / Cala Anguila) can be reached in about 7 minutes (about 700m). Here there is the possibility umbrellas and beach chairs for a fee to borrow. In addition, there is a catering on both bays directly on the beach with WC (also usable by non-guests of the restaurants). Within walking distance you can reach in a few minutes the center u. a. with some bars / restaurants (eg Fifteen, Cactus Bar, Sa Cala Beach, Vista Romantica), small supermarkets and shops, bakeries (eg. S'aval), a pharmacy and a car rental.
In the upper part of the house you will find the living room with open dining area and direct access to the balcony (also with dining area for 6 people and sun awning) with a beautiful view.
On the same floor is also the kitchen (with coffee bar, dishwasher, etc.) and a separate guest bathroom.
On the lower floor, the three bedrooms, all with direct access to the pool, invite you to freshen up in the morning. The master bedroom has a double bed and a spacious dressing area with direct access to a bathroom. The other rooms have a double bed or two single beds. A cot is also available. Furthermore, in the lower area, a second bathroom and a utility room (u. Washing machine, clothes horse).
Terrace and balcony are equipped with awnings, so that there is always a shady spot in midsummer.
The chalet has free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and two parking spaces in front of the house.
Furthermore, the house is usable throughout the year, as it has in addition to the integrated in the living area and in the three bedrooms air conditioning for cooling and heating also has three infrared heaters (1x living-dining area / 2x infrared mirrors in the main bathrooms).
On-site, a personal briefing in the house is given by our housekeeping at the keys. The caretaker will also be available as a contact during your stay on site.
We also use our dream house as a family also regularly in every season.
Therefore, it is important to us that we maintain our standard of living in Mallorca. For this reason, we constantly supplement both the inventory and the equipment and replace if necessary, so that everything is always in a good, complete condition.

Location and surroundings
In 5 minutes drive you reach the dragon caves (Cuevas des Drach) and the town of Porto Cristo with its idyllic marina, numerous restaurants (eg. Quince, Vibes), shops and larger supermarkets (Eroski, Hyper).
In about 10 minutes drive you can reach Cala Millior with its long sandy beach, panoramic path on the beach and numerous shops and restaurants.
Manacor, the third largest city of the island, is only 12 km away and invites you to a city stroll.
Mallorca - worth a holiday in any season
Mallorca has a lot to offer in every season, even outside the summer months:

- swimming in the sea or being at the sea with empty beaches
