Marco Polo Holiday home is a lovely house located on a quiet residential area, within walking distance of Cala Anguila y Cala Mendia (5 minutes walk), and enjoys lovely and opens views of the countryside. The house is part of a comunity of 5 houses wich share the swimming pool.

The area is safe and has all the services such as supermarkets, chemist, restaurants and bars. The house has 3 double bedrooms (2 with double bed and 1 room with 2 single beds) and 2 full bathrooms. We can provide baby cot and high chair free of charge. Air conditioning and heating in all bedrooms and lounge. Free High Speed WIFI (600MB). Private patio with barbeque, chill out area and sun loungers. The house is part of a comunity of 5 houses wich share the swimming pool. Excellent for families with children. Private parking space.

Reservations of groups of young people under 21 will NOT be accepted. Bachelor parties and / or celebrations are NOT allowed. We invite our guests to make responsible use of electricity consumption, so the first 150kw / h consumed will be free. The excess of this consumption will be charged at € 0.15 per kw / h. The ecotax is not included in the price and will be charged at € 2.2 per adult and night (from May to October and 1,65€ the rest of the months). Das Haus hatte alles was wir brauchten. Sogar Strandtücher wurden uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Pool war sehr sauber und wir hatten ihn fast immer nur für uns. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über eine eigene Klima, was sehr praktisch war. Es standen auch Liegen zur Verfügung. Das Haus liegt ca. 5 Minuten von 2 wunderschönen Buchten entfernt und auch Restaurants und Geschäfte sind in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Familienurlaub.

Grosszügig, an einer schönen Ecke Mallorcas
Wir betraten eine grosszügige, saubere Wohnung mit kleinem Garten, eher Terrasse, abgegrenzt durch hohe Thuja. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen etwas weitern Blick und kann sogar das Meer sehen. Die Wohnung hat zwei Badezimmer (wobei man die Dusche nicht wirklich brauchen konnte, weil fast kein Wasser floss). Wir haben jedoch nur das obere Bad mit der Wanne gebraucht. Es gab ausreichend Bade- und Frottiertücher und bei Bedarf konnte man waschen. Die Küche ist recht gut ausgestattet mit Kaffeemaschinen (Kapsel, Filter, Espresso), Toaster, Stabmixer, viel Geschirr, Pfannen, Messer und Besteck. Leider gibt es keinen Geschirrspüler. Auch sonst musst man nur wenig vermissen. Es gibt Geschirrtücher, Tischsets, Serviertablett, Kerzen, Fernseher, ein gut funktionierendes Internet, einen Pool für die ganze Liegenschaft und einen modernen, grossen Grill. Das ganze Gartenmobiliar ist neu und lädt ein, draussen zu essen. Die Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend gross und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Zur Lage: In ein paar Gehminuten sind zwei wunderschöne Strande (Cala Mandia und Cala Anguila) erreichbar, die wir auch oft besucht haben. "Ums Eck", ein wenig weiter, haben wir uns in die Buch Cala Romantica verliebt. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es, weil das Geschirr zum Teil nicht sauber war und die Wohnung (vor allem Küche und Bäder) insgesamt eher feucht waren (die Tücher trockneten nur draussen an der frischen Luft). Vermutlich ist das im Hochsommer kein Thema. Zudem haben wir unterschätzt, wie wichtige die Strasse ist. Der Strassenverkehr ist sehr gut hörbar und die Strasse wird auch nachts rege genutzt (Hauptverkehrsweg aus dem Ort hinaus). Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Wohnung und den Vermieter Victor wärmstens empfehlen.
