Nice and quiet apartment near the beach

The apartment is located in a small holiday complex in the center of Cala Murada. Our apartment is located at the end of the complex, directly on a small valley (Torrente, nature reserve) and you can really hear the birds singing. The ideal accommodation for the summer in Mallorca with a large terrace and shade with shade, sunbeds and BBQ Barbecue. Everything is for you! Four people have a comfortable space and can spend pleasant evenings in the well-equipped kitchen. The apartment is perfect for self-service, as they have supermarkets nearby. Once a week there is a small weekly market on the beach. The complex of holiday homes also includes a large communal pool which, of course, can be used. It also has central heating and can also be booked in winter.


Cala Murada is the ideal place to relax and enjoy. Far from all the hustle and bustle of Mallorca, Cala Murada gives you the feeling of being on a small island. There are some very good and cheap restaurants where you can enjoy typical Spanish cuisine. The two beautiful beaches of Cala Murada and Cala Tropicana invite you to sunbathe and vacation on the beach. Not far away is the mountain of Sant Salvador (about 10 km), Castell Santueri, Porto Colom, Porto Cristo and the Caves of Drach and Cala D'Or. One of the most beautiful golf courses in Mallorca, Vall D'Or, is also just 8 km away.

Nice and very quiet, this appartement is perfect for four persons. It is very well equiped, and very close to stores, restaurants and the beach of Cala Murada. The swimming pool is perfect too. The communication with Alicia is very easy.

Very nice spacious accommodation, very quiet area with bird song. We stayed here out of season at the end of January thus most of the bars and restaurants were closed so we are unable to comment on outside facilities etc. The local shop was open in the mornings which provided adequate provisions.

A very nice two bedroom with a lovely outside patio area. Very guilt a secluded backing on to a forested ravine with other houses across the gap. No mountain views but still quite scenic. It is a little out of the way from any of the more touristic areas of Mallorca. The beach is close but not so useful in February. Still we had a very comfortable and quiet stay which is what we were looking for.

Die Unterkunft ist rund um perfekt! Sie ist super ausgestattet und es gibt gar nichts auszusetzen. Diese Unterkunft wird auf jeden Fall wieder gebucht wenn wir wieder nach Mallorca gehen. Die Kommunikation und der Check-In war einfach und unkompliziert. Wir alle waren total begeistert!!

Appartement conforme à l annonce, au calme dans une petite propriété,piscine commune aux 4 -5 autres maisons. Faible isolation sonore au niveau des voisins du dessus que l on entend marcher, parler et prendre leur douche. Pas de climatisation, compliqué d ouvrir les fenêtres le soir sans que les moustiques et les lezards ne rentrent. Localisation un peu à l ecart des principaux sites a voor, parfait pour la plage et la baignade par contre. Merci Alicia!

War alles super. Jedoch ist es im Sommer dort, in der Wohnung sehr warm. Zum Glück waren dort zwei Ventilatoren die ein wenig Abkühlung in der Nacht schafften.

L’appartement est très bien équipé et situé dans une une résidence très calme. Le jardin privatif est très agréable et sans vis-à-vis. Cala Murada est un point de départ pour de nombreuses excursions que ce soit au nord vers Porto Cristo ou au sud vers Santanyi. Alicia nous a très bien accueillis.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Cala Murada. Die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Check-In lief ohne Probleme. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und ideal zum entspannen. Der Pool liegt ca. 50m von der Wohnung selber entfernt, mit kleinem Kind von Vorteil. Alicia als Gastgeberin war super lieb und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden wieder dort hin fahren.

La maison est propre, lumineuse et très agréable à vivre. Endroit calme et bien situé si vous avez une voiture. Nous avons pu arriver dès notre descente d'avion, c'était très agréable. Alicia est très à l'écoute. Il y a de la place pour 4 personnes en étant à l'aise. A recommander !

Wir haben eine sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung vorgefunden. Alles entsprach der Beschreibung und hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war super. Sie war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns noch gute Tips für Essens Möglichkeiten in der Nähe gegeben. Check In und out verlief sehr unkompliziert. Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem freistehendem Haus mit zwei getrennten Ferienwohnungen mit zwei separaten Eingängen gelegen. Cala Murada ist für diese Jahreszeit ein sehr ruhiger Ort. Für jeden, der Ruhe genießen möchte genau richtig. Wir kommen gerne wieder…

Sehr netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin trotz sehr kurzfristiger Anmeldung. Wir durften sogar entsprechend des Sonnenstandes die Wohnung wechseln. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und war für uns Perfekt. Tolle Lage für Ausflüge in der Nähe (diverse Strände, Wanderungen, Höhlen). Insgesamt eine sehr entspannende Woche. Vielen Dank.

Wir sind als vierköpfige Familie in den Herbstferien 2022 angereist und blieben elf Nächte. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und tadellos sauber gewesen. Es waren sogar mehrere Strandlaken und Handtücher vorhanden. Den Pool ist gechlort und wir hatten ihn fast immer für uns alleine. Die Vermieterin ist absolut zuvorkommend, immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Im Örtchen hat man einen kleinen Supermarkt, mehrere Restaurants und der Strand ist in zehn Minuten zu erreichen. Die Beschreibung ist absolut verlässlich. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!
