On the ground floor, you will find a living room, dining room, kitchen and leisure area, as well as a spacious bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the upper floor, there is a cosy living room and five double bedrooms, all with a private bathroom. The villa is equipped with air conditioning for greater comfort.



The exterior is a truly relaxing space: infinity pool with jacuzzi, spacious gardens for walking or sunbathing, barbecue and ping pong table. Everything designed to enjoy with family or friends, between baths, games and peaceful moments outdoors.

All bookings include free running water, 100€ of electricity consumption per booking and, in winter season and if the property has it, 100€ of non-electrical consumption (heating by diesel, gas or propane). All properties have internal or external meters, accessible and verifiable by the customer. The price of additional consumption is 0.35€/kWh.



This house has air conditioning in all bedrooms and common areas. It does not have heating, although all air conditioning units have a heat pump.



The Sustainable Tourism Tax has a value of 2 € per person per night of stay. Minors under 16 years old do not pay this tax.



Bed linen is provided, along with a set of shower towels and beach towels for each guest.
