Y en la terraza de la piscina los tornillos de fuera. Uno de ellos me lastimó el pie. Pero es un gran staff atendiendo y si los recomiendo."

"Check-in wasn’t friendly, and though they tried to help with the room not being ready, it lacked warmth. The shower door didn’t slide, making temperature control uncomfortable and risky. The room door didn’t close fully, letting mosquitoes in. The pool was freezing. Towel service was inconvenient—no towels by the pool, and I had to go with staff to swap them. Breakfast was good but overpriced for Nicaragua. Honestly, they need to step up their guest care. With improvements, it could be far better."
