"We didn't know it was a timeshare property when we booked. It seemed that owners knew more about what was going on at the property or where to find put about activities. After 2 days we figured things out, but we missed some fun things the first 2 days."

"We were here for a quick overnight getaway but we were only disappointed that we couldn't stay longer. What a beautiful little gem. It was like walking back in time to classic old Florida. The room was perfect for the two of us. The private beach and pool were refreshing and peaceful. We grabbed some things from Target (which was located right down the road) and just chilled. Exactly what we were looking for. We most definitely be back!!!!!"

"The condos are spacious and adequately equipped. Valets were great. The view of the water was gorgeous. The downside was the temperature was quite warm in the unit despite turning the thermostat down. This made it very difficult to sleep."

"While the original property was unfortunately a late scratch due to a plumbing issue, got another property at the same location that same morning as we arrived. Communication was excellent, the room was good, and the location for being in the midst of Palm Beach was perfect. Grocery store across the street, lots of great restaurants. Just keep in mind that Palm Beach is an expensive place if you go, but the room and management was everything I expected. No disappointments!"

"The property is as advertised, and the location is ground floor. Its not quite on the beach, its one level above, which is fine. The owner is extremely attentive, and needed to be to address a few issues, which he immediately did. The room is large, but the owner has quite a bit of oversized furniture in it. The owner is well intentioned of course, but is no dresser so both my wife and I piled clothing on the floor. There is a small, short closet in the bathroom, so her dresses were bunched up...

"Lovely room and fun place to stay with the kids! They really enjoyed the pool with water slide. We liked having the beach equipment with food service. Really relaxing and fun."

"TV was very small and only Roku! My HBOMax account saved me here, or the TV would have been worthless! Not even a small chair and table! (The TV tray and folding chair in the closet don't count, sorry) The mattress was cheap and the pillows were lousy. I do have to acknowledge that the bedding and towels were nice!"

"The cheapest stay on palm beach. Overall, you’re not going to find a less expensive place to stay on palm beach island. But you also get what you paid for. The pros: it’s safe, great location, easy to get to. The pool was nice. The grocery store across the street was convenient. The public access beach is a few blocks walk. The cons: there was a slice of craft singles cheese on the floor next to the bed - how well could the floor have been cleaned if this was left behind? There was a dead...

"Vasca manages many condos at the PB Hotel. They made many mistakes with my booking. When i checked in the front desk had no knowledge of my reservation. It took 30 minutes to check in. The 1st room sustained water damage from a bad leak upstairs, so Vasca moved me to another of their rooms, excaliming there would be no additional charges.
