I stayed at this property for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The place is well-maintained, the room was clean, the staff were warm and welcoming, the food was excellent, and the view was beautiful. Everything about my stay was great. Highly recommended!
Excellent Hotel to stay. Location is perfect and you can have a view of the Mountains. I had some issues with the Room. The Manager didn't provide the room which I booked and showed us sub standard room. While I insist to stay only in the room which I have booked and fully paid. After 2 minutes of confrontation the manager agreed to moved us to better room but still not the one I booked, I wonder why? I guess he didn't know the concept of Customer is King. Rest all I had great experience staying in the hotel, they have very nice kids playing area with lots of Swings and other play stuff for kids. Good food at the Restaurant and very good Staff.

Discussting...2 glass of vine cost me 2200 ....Tracking was rip off .. over ALL I will not stay there even they offer me free .........was not happy AT all
The Manuallaya, which we had booked nearly a year ago, cancelled our reservation with one day's notice. We were rebooked at the Span Resort and Spa and the above ratings relate to this property. It was excellent in all respects except for the fact that it is about 14 km from Manali but it is set in beautiful gardens on the banks of the River Beas. We checked out the Manuallaya later and it is very poor in comparison with the Span and its location is pretty ordinary as well
The stay was excellent, specially for my mother who is on wheel chair and more over she is purely vegetarian (jain). Ms. Reena F & B manager she took very good care of my mother, she helped her in all the way she could. My children was very happy as they were involved in rabbit feeding / duck feeding, swings for them, overall the stay was excellent, will prefer all the time whenever i visit manali in future.
Stayed in Manuallaya during Oct/Nov 2014.
It has amazing views, unbeatable! Our room was on 2nd level & in the corner, probably one of the best located rooms in the Hotel! Spotted at leat 4 different types of colourful, rare birds from the balcony - they would give us company every morning while we had tea there! It felt wonderful! The entire property is very clean, well maintained & has a pleasant appearance. The room was spacious & spotlessly clean. Food was very good. Overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Manuallaya. Won't mind going there yet again!
The stay was good. The location of the hotel is excellent if you need a peaceful and calm stay. But the Hotel staff lacked coordination and the service quality was poor.

Good but not Great
We were there for the long weekend of 15 Aug when Manali was almost packed.
The hotel is decent but not ready to handle full occupancy.
There was no parking space for all cars. Restaurants in hotel were closed for the weekend and the only option to eat at hotel was their buffet which was less than good.
The aircon in the room was too loud and shower not working.
Overall I would expect a much better room for the price we paid.
The location and features of the resort are breath taking but the food that is served is very bad. breakfast,lunch,dinner...none was good. Had to starve for a day as there are no good food options in the neighbourhood as well.
