Great Stay Overall.

A bit confusing what they offer as to what you get. In the descriptions of the hotel Mountain View vs. Riverview don't quite equate, there are mountains everywhere. The restaurant is overpriced and quite possibly some of the worst service around. the wait staff was nice but food service extremely slow. 50 rupees for a water??? We booked room with a balcony and did not get a room with a balcony. Once complaining we were then transferred to an upgraded room which was absolutely amazing. These rooms are huge like a small apartment only bigger. Service was great and the staff were attentive in main hotel. Overall a great stay the views of the Himalayas are astounding. If you get a river view... mountain views are of a garden or a hillside.
