Disliked: Room comfort

No heaters / this is a 2-star hotel

This hotel claims to be 4-star however there was no heating in rooms in December. They charged exorbitant amount for rod heaters which were not heating the room. Food was good and housekeeping staff was helpful. This is fine for a 2-star hotel and should charge as such.
