We had horrible experience overall staying at this hotel. Cons: - The road leading to the hotel is extremely narrow, making it nearly impossible to reach by car. It’s only suitable for those traveling by bike or on foot, so plan accordingly. - Heaters are not included in the rooms and are only available for an additional Rs. 600, which is inconvenient, especially in cold weather. - The breakfast buffet was disappointing in both variety and quality. It’s surprising this hotel has a 3-star rating. I didn’t try the dinner, so I can’t comment on that. - The property feels understaffed, and the existing team was not very helpful during our stay. Here are some positives if you still choose to stay. Pros: The mountain view rooms offer nice scenery, which is a highlight if you opt for that category. The property itself is clean and well-maintained.
