Disliked: Property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Far from Mall road and less food option

Hi, I stayed here for 3 nights in December winter : 1. Food is good but serve only few option as mentioned in menu and limited food option around hotel. Mall road is ~3-4km from hotel. 2. Thanks to hotel service they provided room heater as complimentary but should not it provided by default during winter like a/c during summer. 3. Due to commercialization Manali is no more peaceful place for me and Same is applied for this hotel as well.
