The staff are rude and not accommodating. When we arrived at the hotel, they don’t honor our reservation because they said they don’t deal with Expedia any longer.

Decent place to stay but unfortunately I was regularly woken up by the noise of some construction works that were either going on within the premises or off-site.

Overall it is a good hotel

The hotel is great and clean. I only faced unkindness from the receptionist when I did the check out. She asked me in an aggressive way to set down so that they check the room. After about 10 minunts she got a call from an employee to tell her everything is fine. Then, she became friendly and gave me back my ID.
