Breakfast was excellent, staff was excellent.. make a call to ask for anything …it’s at your door within 5 minutes… it might not be the most fancy …but it’s a money saver staying there , and I was out all day and night visiting things that were walking distance , so it fit my needs perfect .

The deluxe room was great size! Room service and bar/club was attentive and professional; good for a big group. Front desk was always quick and happy to help. Wish the tv was bigger and the fridge was bigger.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. Drunk people knocked on my door in the middle of the night, shouting girls from the rooms at 3 a.m after they finished from nightclub . The bathroom was filthy, the towels were old, there was a strong smell of smoke coming through the AC, the toilet paper was extremely low quality, and the breakfast was very poor.

The hotel is conveniently located, close to shopping and restaurants. It is clean but can be noisy at times. The service can be improved as it took hours to get a towel to the room and during breakfast some items were not replaced. Nonetheless, the staff went beyond expectations to try to make up for those inconveniences and were very kind. Parking is good and the whole stay comfortable.

Staff is not friendly. Despite that my reservation included taxes and fees, the staff made me pay extra tourist fees of BHD 3.30. Also, check in took ages. Room furniture is not a ‘5 star’ furniture as well as toilet. No basics such as slippers, etc I wouldn’t recommend it…

Extreme noise level from the street

The noise from the traffic during the night was extremely loud. Car horns, racing motorcycles, car wheels that was whining. The hotel itself was quite run down but also quite cheap. Breakfast was ok.
