I loke yhe location. I didn't like the fact that my room had a musty smell, my refrigerator didn't work, and the fact that the staff didn't responded to me - after many calls - until I went downstairs.

There was a lack of room cleaning - once in 9 days, despite us asking for it. We had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper which were delivered at 12:45 AM and the hotel staff didn't see anything wrong with it. Broken equipment - TV remote (it wasn't replaced) and the electronic "do not disturb", "clean the room" buttons did not work either. There was a strong smell coming from the drains in the bathroom and the hotel staff did not do anything about it either. We asked to be relocated to a different room and that was not actioned either. This hotel should NOT advertise as 4 star as it is nowhere near. As for the positives, the gym and sauna were ok. The hotel itself is in a decent location but so is Ibis next door.

The hotel and apartment were great; my only complaint would be that it's a good distance from everything and no where is friendly towards pedestrians; there's a small shopping mall opposite the main road but everywhere else you need to bus/taxi/drive too (including the larger City Centre Bahrain shopping centre which is less than 300m away that you need to walk around and under the highway to get to) but this is more of an issue with Bahrain in general rather than the hotel.

The place was not cleaned or properly maintained. The pool was also dirty. The gym had water but no cups. I asked for items for the kitchen - like pots and pans - but never received any.

This hotel is having hygiene and cleaning services issues, bed sheets ,sofa, and bathroom are full of stains, rooms and hotel lobby smells terrible, cleaning service stops at 6pm although we checked in at 11pm , hotel blaming cleaning service shift at 6pm and they cant do anything until next day,i have called expedia asking for help , the hotel after then decided to move us to another room , worth saying that some of our groceries were stolen when moving from one room to another. Not sure how this hotel is listed in expedia, they should be band.

一人ではもてあますほどの広い部屋、清潔なシーツ、向かいにスーパーマーケットがあって便利でよかった。 一方、コンセントが少ない、洗面所のコップか汚い、タオルが少ないなど、若干の不満もありました。寝室の机にUSB給電ができる電源タップを置いてもらえると助かります。

Appartement moyennement propre, surtout la salle de bain avec de nombreux cheveux présents dans celle ci à mon arrivée. Très peu d’ustensiles de cuisine, j’ai du demandé pour avoir un complément permettant juste de faire cuire des pâtes !!! Hôtel bruyant Transfert organisé par l’hôtel pour mon départ a l’aéroport mais prix x4 par rapport à ce qui était annoncé. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel
