Great service staff and guides. Food is delicious. In general the are around the swimming pool needs renovation. The chairs in the eating area are not very comfortable. Some seat cushions might help enormously. Tours and guides are very good.

Excelente experiência para descansar

O hotel é simples, mas com características de construção locais - madeira - o que propicia uma experiência típica. Muito limpo, bem arrumado, comida excelente (R$ 50,00/pessoa/refeição). O atendimento é diferencial, todos muito prestativos e educados. Preços de bebida igual manaus (sabe-se que aqui tudo é mais caro). Área de lazer boa, piscina pequena e faz falta tomar banho de rio (mas dizem que os jcarés podem não gostar) e de uma praia, mas pode-se fazer passeios de barco para isso. Altamente recomendo.

Tive um problema referente ao hotel ter alimentação inclusa e na primeira noite foram conversar comigo umas cinco vezes referente a isso. - Primeiro quarto que eu fiquei, o ar vazava água até a cama; - Chuveiro não esquenta; - Quarto de madeira com rachadura que possibilita a entrada de bichos; - Café da manhã bem simples com uma opção suco natural, uma opção de fruta e uma de pão. Sem água ou Danone. Café simples porem ok; - Arrumação do quarto não foi feita; - Instalações precárias e desarrumadas; - Estacionamento na verdade não tem, é um espaço da estrada de terra que você deixa o carro perto do rio; - Staff educada; - Passeios são bons; Retornei antes porque nao gostei do hotel. Precisa melhorar muito na questão de instalações, cuidado com área e comida
