Excellent Super Value Budget Hotel
This super clean hotel gives enormously for your money. The staff is absolutely lovable, the girls are particularly beautiful and helpful. I find that Manaus Centro is an extremely charming place with all those Chinatown type stores and the port life, the extremely beautiful estuary, etc. Even tough it is obvious that Manaus was one of the planet most beautiful cities in early 1900s today many of those amazing old buildings are not well maintained but Manaus Centro is amazing an Amazonia, the most amazing fresh water reserve that exists in the planet, amazes me in an extreme way,
Manaus Centro at night is dead but Hotel Madu is perhaps (I do not know for sure) in the only part of Manaus Centro that has some night life. Near the hotel there is a place that sounds music to about 11 pm. In the 3rd or 2nd floor you will not heard much of that music if you close the wind. I am very picky with music but i always liked the music that they played and left the window open to hear it.
It is amazing Hotel Madu has free parking. In the night a person looks at the cars and from midnight to 6.00 am they close the parking gate. I do not know if someone looks at the cars in daytime but probably yes. That was extreme value for me, parking in such a busy in daytime place. The hotel has no elevator. The breakfast is good and the girls will even prepare eggs for you if you ask. Absolute super value clean place, i hope I can get back there
