This was a nice place to stay - 5 days - breakfast buffet was consistently good with some variation in pastries and hot dishes. You could find different breakfast combinations quite easily and there is an omelet station, fresh fruit and fresh juices. Good selection of cereals and coffee as well. Very clean, friendly staff.

Quality Manaus Hotel is very close to a large mall. Has everything you want to shop for. The other direction the buildings aren’t great but there are a couple’s fun restaurants and the local micro-brewery. Also all the tour businesses pickup at this location. Highly recommend this hotel in Manaus.

Simple hotel but does the job. Nice size bedroom. In-room food is excellent and good price. Breakfast with tapioca and omeletes and everything else. There is a fancy big shopping mall one block away. And good restaurants around. Location is perfect in my opinion. You’re not downtown which I think is good and safer but you can go there in 15 min but taxi or uber. Staffing is very nice. I highly recommend this hotel.

The air conditioner worked but didn’t get cold. There are no comforters on the bed, just a sheet. They do provide a sanitized blanket in the closet but mine looked very ratty. We had issues with the hot water but service was immediately on it. Front desk spoke English and was very helpful.

Nice area, close to the mall for dinner options and relatively safe. Functional gym which does the job, pool ok for a quick dip but nice to see sunset. Uber so cheap to get into the Teatro area is affordable. Graciously provided late checkout for free. Breakfast was brilliant and full of healthy choices.

We are in Manaus at least yearly. The Choice Hotel Manaus was a pleasant stay and we will probably stay again. Three minutes walk to the Manauara Mall is a strong draw and they charge for it. Compared to other Manaus stays, the Choice Hotel stands out for cleanliness, room maintenance, responsiveness and professionalism of staff, no musty/mold/mildew in room. The room was utilitarian and comfortable enough, well-cooled with good air circulation so fast drying bathroom, etc. Bed was supportive, neither too firm nor soft, linens and towels were spotless and replaced daily. Housekeeping is better than average and all areas of the hotel were spotless. Copious hot water and great water pressure. The room, though a bit dated, was fully functional despite some worn surfaces. Wifi is good for light streaming but not fast enough for intensive remote work. Hallways and elevators are not air conditioned and get very warm at times but the room's A/C was strong. Pool was clean but the sauna was decrepit and needs to be replaced. Breakfast was just good. Good: fresh juices, bacon, fresh fruits, made to order couscous, tapioca, and omelettes. Poor: pre-made scrambled eggs were inedible and soupy every day, the baked goods were few, pre-packaged, and often dry or stale. Competitors costing far less than this Choice Hotel (Millenium, Ibis, Da Vinci) offer far greater variety and much better quality pastry, cakes, rolls, and breads. Choice can and should do better.

I really need to give 5 stars for the staff, the lady in the restaurant helped me when my blood pressure just dropped. They really took a good care of me, the front desk checked my pressure and helped me in my needs. About the hotel, it is a spacious room with a desk office, a sofa and a great closet. however at night I don’t know why the place was noise. It has a neat bathroom. Everything is new and smells great. Walkable to the restaurant and beautiful mall also a big supermarket at the back street. The breakfast is delicious and the variety of options. Unfortunately I didn’t have chance to go to the pool and gym but certainly I will enjoy.

I have stayed here before and been satisfied. I will not stay here again. The management allows an ESCORT SERVICE to operate openly in the lobby and on the grounds. It is plainly obvious what is going on. An ESCORT SERVICE. People can do what they want but I bring church groups into the hotel. The activity is going to happen anyway, I know. However, it does not have to happen in the face of everyone.

Hotel was pretty well located, not far away of airport, and downtown, even if not a walkable distance, the taxi expenses were minimal for all the points where we were interested to visit, like downtown and museums. Also, very close to the hotel, at 5 mins walking distance, there is a mall with lot of convenient stores. The hotel itself was in excellent conditions, clean and safe, with complimentary breakfast buffet including many good options and not crowded, so it always felt relaxing and clean and organized. The room was also in excellent conditions, very comfortable for my daughter, wife and myself. I really recommend this hotel, it helped us to have a memorable days in Manaus and Amazonia state. Thank you!!!
