good all inclusive family resort

this hotel is 97% either Russian or local Turkish residents - therefore bear this in mind. Facilities are good and for an all inclusive experience you cant ask for much more. overall the downside was the pricing I thought was a bit high for what it is - its more of a 4 star experience.

Good balance between area size, sea proximity, services, maintenance and price - excellent value. Areas for improvement: - There were some small sharp metal objects in the sand on the beach - rare, but dangerous. It might help to use metal detector during maintenance. - Dining options are great. However, there might be a breakfast option for these arriving/leaving between 2am and 7am.

Positive: The rooms are clean and large and the bed is very comfortable. The food selection has something for everyone, rich and tasty. Negative: The service staff is understaffed. Nobody comes to the table and asks you what you want to drink. You have to get your own drinks from the bar. There aren't enough loungers on the beach.

Love the Resort. Variety of Food and Restaurants. Access to the Beautiful Beach was very close to the pools area. The shows during the night was Excellent! I have to much Fun dancing, singing and drinking from the bar which is in the same area. They have many areas to take good pictures. The lobby is nice with bar and piano, also they have few stores inside of the hotel. You have an area where you can pay and have your hair and nails done, also a body massage. All was perfect. Rooms was big with balcony, the only negative point is that the air conditioning from the room don't was cool enough. I went with my sister and best friend and we will like to back again.

Overall, great stay In Megasaray, which satisfied our expectations and needs. Staff are super helpful and nice. Special thanks to cooks and waiters. Great workers , super friendly and helpful! I always tipped them (which I’d encourage all guests to do), and we always got best service. Food was great. The proximity to the beach was great. Pools (there are 2!) and slides were very liked by my kids. The only thing that I wasn’t too crazy about was the nightly discos and Entertainment. I do need to say, that we were majorly jet legged, and going to bed at 9-10, and then woken up by 11-12 by the loud music and karaokes singers was far from ideal. The management were trying to offer an alternative room, but we didn’t feel like moving away from the rest of our company. Discos were done by 12, though. Overall, great stay, and we would go back.

Warm welcome, great stay.

Amazing place, great staff. Very delicious food. we almost became friends with a great lady from the fitness, so friendly. We felt really welcome there. Hotel needs some maintainence of many minor thinks. Lifts are not managed properly so it takes time to get one. Small thinks in the room ( shower hose, air-conditioning setting etc) In every case customer care was helping fast. Thank you for that great stay

Really Nice place with children

We stayed at Megasaray for 4 nights and we were really please from the quality of the staff and friendliness. The animation does a good job and don't force neither. With all the different pools you have always enough space for you. The short walk to the beach is really nice and the private access and the restaurant near by is perfect. The beach is sandy with some stone but really pleasant to swim in it. no big undertow what make it really safe. The quality of the food is really good and you don't have to rush yourself early to get the best place since the food is served for a long period. The only "negative" point we could find it's an hotel from the '90 and can have some upgrade here and there but nothing major just showing a bit of love to it to give it back is 5* status.

Megasaray resort side is definitely not a 5* hotel as soon as you walk in everything looks perfect until you actually get to your room and see the facilites 90 percent of the reception staff can not speak even basic english and i found some of the reception staff very rude i asked for an iron sent to my room they said no i have to pay for cleaning service the rooms smelt of cigarettes after i stated i need a none smoking room due to my sons asthma then there was a problem with the balcony door not locking which we didnt feel safe so we asked can it be fixed they sent someone up who then confirmed he could not fix it we then asked to be moved which they said to us impossible because they have no rooms available i know this is a lie because hotels always keep spare rooms for emergencys it took 2 days in to finally get moved the spa area had a horrendous smell like sewege water so i did not use spa i normally stay in rixos tekirova now that hotel is a 5* never had an issue at rixos tekirova and i will never stay at Megasaray resort side again also expedia need to state it is not a 5* hotel because they are charging people as if it is and it is nothing like a 5* there has been many more issues with this hotel it really does need a revamp to be called a 5 star hotel

İch bin mit dem Hotel zufrieden. Zimmer waren sauber. Strand schnell zu erreichen und auch ruhige Anlage. Die Liegen am Strand waren ein bisschen heruntergekommen. Müssten mal erneuert werden. Verpflegung vom Essen am Strand war ok. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und stets bemüht Wünsche zu erfüllen. Am Help Desk im Hotel waren die Angestellten sehr hilfsbereit und bemüht dem Gast einen erholsamen Urlaub zu bieten. Was mir nur nicht gefallen hat war, dass das Essen zu fettig vom Grill. Sonst hat es mir gefallen. An dem Essen müssen sie noch arbeiten.

Das Essen bzw die Auswahl an Essen war wirklich top! Kleines Manko war die Zimmerreinigung... Es wurde nicht richtig sauber gemacht und wir mussten 3 mal in 10 Tagen nach neuem Toilettenpapier fragen, weil wir nie neues bekamen... Alles in allem waren wir aber mit dem Hotel zufrieden.

Gutes Mittelklasse - Hotel mit Potential

Sehr schön renoviertes Hotel, das von sehr freundlichem Personal lebt. Zimmer mit komfortabler Ausstattung. Minibar wurde leider nur gelegentlich nachgefüllt. Großes Manko: viel zu wenige Tische zum Frühstück und Abendessen draußen. Wenn man erst wenige Minuten nach Öffnung des Restaurants kam, waren keine Plätze mehr verfügbar. Essen solide, aber nichts besonderes. Negativ fielen die ca. 90 % russischen Gäste auf. Teller wurden überladen, Buffet geplündert, die Hälfte hinterher weggeworfen. Sehr positiv die Aquabar- super leckere Cocktails und nettes Personal.

Jag besökte nyligen Megasaray Resort & Spa med min familj och hade blandade upplevelser. Vädret var fint och poolerna trevliga, men vi blev besvikna på hotellet. Maten: Smaken var okej men inte mer än så. Maten på stranden var bra, men snackbar var ofta stängd. Maten tog slut, det var alltid köer och när något tog slut fylldes det inte på. Det var samma mat varje dag. Man fick alltid vänta på ett bord och det tog tid för personalen att städa upp och lägga nya bestick. Poolen var fin och ren, men madrasserna var mögliga. Stranden var också fin och ren. Underhållningen var hemsk. Det stod att det skulle finnas flera animationsaktiviteter varje dag, vilket inte var sant. Kvällsunderhållningen var medioker och passade bäst för berusade människor. Rummen var okej men städningen var riktigt dålig. Det fanns smuts och sand på golvet efter “städning”. Det stod tomma glas i rummet i tre dagar. Personal gick in i rummet utan att knacka, även när stör ej-knappen var aktiv. Personalen i baren och restaurangen verkade väldigt stressade vilket resulterade i dålig service. De var inte särskilt vänliga och verkade inte veta vad service är. En kväll var det väldigt blåsigt och två parasoller blåste iväg och landade i barnpoolen. Ett stort parasoll blåste iväg och landade på poolbarens bord. Trots att barpersonalen såg detta agerade ingen personal. Efter 5-10 minuter tog en gäst hand om det. Detta var både farligt och nonchalant. Mat:3/5 Restaurang:2/5 Service:1/5 Renlighet:1/5, Nöje:1/5

Nous avons passé un séjour d’une semaine dans cet hôtel que nous avons vraiment adoré. Notre enfants de 5 ans s’est vraiment amusé dans les superbes piscines pour enfants et surtout le kids club avec des activités variées et le personnel hyper agréables. Les repas étaient magnifiques, variés et vraiment délicieux sauf peut être pour les desserts que je n’ai pas spécialement apprécié. L’hotel est très propre, le personnel très accueillant. Le seul point négatif serait la taille des chambres que j’ai trouvé petite. Je recommande cet hôtel, et nous pensons revenir l’année prochaine.
