Loved the waterslides, just wish they were open a bit more (same with beach access/pool, can't swim at night). Internet can be very slow. Staff was super friendly and buffet had good food variety. Had a wonderful couple's vacation there.

There is no way this was a 5 star hotel. Room and the whole hotel needs renovation. Broken furniture, and neglected areas were obvious. The reception and some staff were rude. One staff asked for more tip! The food was less than average, stale and the 24 hour cafeteria was a joke with leftover food. Won't go there again.

Sehr Zentral gelegen, sehr freundliches Personal, Gutes abwechslungsreiches essen. Die Zimmer könnten eine Renovierung gebrauchen, die Möbel sind zum Teil schon gebrechlich. Extrem Laute Animation tagsüber am Pool sowie am Abend noch extremer. Warum so laut? Immer die selben Lieder und das schon seit Jahren. Der Bereich am Strand ist wiederum sehr schön und jeden Morgen sauber gemacht worden. Das macht nicht jedes Hotel am Ort. Die Mittagsküche am Strand ist sehr gut.

Det är vår favorit hotell, men tyvärr personalen pratar bara tyska, min dotter hade problem med insekter i rummet o pratade med en man i receptionen som var VÄLDIGT otrevlig o inte hjälpte till. Men dagen efter pratade hon med personalen o fick hjälp. Dåligt att de anställda personal med DÅLIG service.

Struttura molto bella e ben organizzata. Bella e pulita la piscina riscaldata, superlativa la camera. Unico piccolo neo è la ristorazione che è molto buona ma non ai livelli di un 5 stelle. Servirebbe qualche piccolo sforzo per migliorare.
