"I found the Baymont in Gaylord to be a Very Good hotel. The room was nicely equipped, Very Clean, quite, and affordably priced. The desk manager, Michelle I think her name is, was so pleasant making me feel that I made a good choice right upon arrival. Overall, the accommodations, staff, price, and proximity to the freeway, Fully Met my Expectations and I would highly recommend the Baymont by Wyndham Gaylord as well as stay there again in future travels to that area. "This room was immaculate! It was remodeled within the last year or so, but even so, I have NEVER seen a cleaner bathroom! Very impressed. We travel a lot around the US and Europe and it’s SO nice to be able to relax immediately in a place because you’re not worried about dirt, bugs, hair, etc. great value!!"

"Overall the stay was great. The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond. We were in a Jacuzzi room. The Jacuzzi could have been a little bit cleaner than it was when we got there. Actually, the entire room could've been a little bit cleaner. It wasn't nasty or anything. Just a dirty cup left next to the bed on the ground between the bed and table. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. We would definitely stay again. "

"Loved the 9pm too 11pm adult only swim time to relax and enjoy the robust keys in the hot tub. Staff were helpful and even carried my huge suitcase upgrading for me without my asking. I would definitely book a stay here again. "

"Its always a good time in traverse city staying at pointes north. The hot tub is always great to have in the room. The only thing i can literally think that they should get is smart tvs to be able to stream. They do have direct tv but not there to watch tv anyway. It was another successful stay at pointes north like all other times were."

"It was no contact check-in.Quiet,nice area. No desk people,but was able to keep contact with on line chat. Rooms each have small refrigerators & microwaves.Each floor has kitchens in meeting area & full size refrigerators. Have coffee & tea available,but wish they would have creamers available.Chat lady suggested going to store,but I like waking up,have 1st cup of coffee in my p.js. It would be nice to have vending machines in lobby to purchase items,so don’t have to run to store."
