LeVilla 558 is the cutest little up northy feeling condo I have!
You will be pleasantly surprised when you walk in to the beautiful newly renovated kitchen. pictures coming soon. FULL size refrigerator!
450 sqaure foot condo that sleeps 2 comfortably. 3 at max.
Ground level unit with parking out front. No stairs to climb.
Enhanced cleaning protocols followed.

Beautiful brand new renovated bathroom! See pictures.
One bedroom with new KING bed. Not too firm, not too soft! 42 inch TV with DVD player and over 200 channels including a DVR.
Kitchen and living room open
Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a small meal
Dishes, pots and pans and spices for cooking
Crock pot. If you are looking for something special just ask, I probably have it.
Brand new stainless steel gas grill

Your rental includes a pool pass that gives you access to the Schuss indoor pool and hot tub (seasonal)
*pool closures are out of our control and we cannot refund for pool closures. This does not happen often*

*WIFI recently updated to allow to work from home easily*

Backyard faces the 18th hole and we are a 3 minute walk to the slopes. Nice seating area out back to watch the golfers or grill on the new gas grill. Bonfire pit.

Included with your stay is a pool pass that allows guests to use the indoor pool and hot tub in Schuss Village and the beautiful outdoor pool that overlooks Lake Bellaire at Summit Village.

We are on the Schuss golf course and there are 5 other popular courses within a few miles.

This is a great location to use as a hub and take day trips to Traverse City, Petoskey, Torch Lake or Charlevoix. Sleeping Bear Dunes makes a great day trip.

***There is a special boat and trailer parking lot. Boats are not allowed in the condo parking lot***

All of my condos are professionally cleaned between guests.

Quick couples getaway

We had an amazing time exploring the area and enjoyed spending time at the villa. What a cute property and it is situated so that we could explore many of the nearby towns and natural areas. We definitely recommend this place!

Cute Getaway Stay

This place had everything we needed for a central base on our northern Michigan exploration trip. We honestly were not in the condo much, but it was very clean and was in a nice location. The town of Bellaire is really close and a charming town. Close enough for day trips to the sleeping bear dunes and to Mackinac Island.

Great time - Wonderful setting

Peaceful stay in a quiet area of the resort that is away from the more populous areas of the resort. The condo is on the 18th hole of the Schuss course. For a golf getaway, this is a great place.

Short weekend up north

The rental was tiny, but packed a lot of punch. Everything looked freshly re-done. Very clean, nicely decorated, located tucked away on the golf course with minimal car traffic. Very enjoyable and close to many fun things to do .

Short ski trip

Went for a short family ski trip between Christmas and New Year's - 2 adults and 2 kids (8 yo / 4 yo). Very clean and cozy space. King bed was comfortable, kids were fine on pull out. Nice to have the kitchenette. We utilized the pools, which were fine, and communication with owner was quick/easy. Would book this property again next time at Schuss!

Great alternative to a hotel room

We enjoyed our stay in this cute, cozy condo. We were attending a conference at Shanty Creek and didn't really want to stay in a hotel room, and found this to be the perfect arrangement for us. It was close to the conference, in a lovely setting, and was very comfortable with that "up north" feel. The bed was very comfortable and the check in and checkout was easy and smooth. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.
