"The property is beautiful. We loved our beach house. Having Excellence Club level, made a big difference for us. We enjoyed the daily resort activities and the nightly shows. Michael Jackson was entertaining. The beach is just enough & very clean. The staff really make you feel like royalty. Our favorite bartender is Rodney. Our favorite Guest Specialist is Trishana. She took great care of us & always checked on us during our stay. The Davids will be back. When we return we want to hear again, WELCOME HOME! "

"The property was beautiful! From the time we entered we were greeted with staff that offered assistance with our bags. We had about a two hour wait until our room was ready. I’m the meantime, my boyfriend and I decided to explore the property to see what there was to look forward to doing. We immediately dinned at the buffet and the food was immaculate every single meal time. Not too much room for improvement aside from telling guests the hours of operations of the buffet. The concierge were constantly hustling for people to book excursions which could be a little overwhelming when relaxation is the ultimate goal but hey, I get it. Overall, Markeeno as well as the other staff at the Aquarius bar, Ruchelle at the giftshop treated us with the utmost respect and kindness. For this, we will definitely return. "

"I was greeted very nice.I never had much reception to show my receipt as a tourist.The receptionist assisted me.The waitress was wonderful.The breakfast well done.Everywhere was clean.The view was great.The only dislike was that it had a little hill underground to go to the room.The fridge was unplug in the room.Its just an excercise.I will be coming bavk.That view of mountains is immaculate."

"Accommodating and helpful staff. Wonderful sea views. Clean and well maintained rooms and property. The pool water was a little cloudy but everything else was perfect. The cuisine was on point too "
